Short answer

As of October 15, 2026, Remedy Meds offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections month-to-month with shipments every 28 days in 49 states, but prints no price outside its quiz and advertises a "365-Day Money-Back Guarantee" that its own FAQ contradicts ("Once your payment has been processed, you are no longer eligible for a refund").

The guarantee is "subject to our Terms of Service" and excludes microdosing products; read the terms before relying on it.

How do the guarantee and refund terms fit together?

The homepage promises "Guaranteed or it's free" and a "Remedy Weight Loss Warranty": a full refund if you follow your plan and do not reach your goal. Its terms of service (quoted in our October 15 read) tie the refund to program membership fees after twelve consecutive months of enrollment. The FAQ says that once payment is processed you are no longer eligible for a refund, except a 100% refund of the first payment if a clinician finds you ineligible. Ask for the warranty terms in writing before enrolling.

Strengths and trade-offs

Strengths

  • Month-to-month with cancel-anytime wording and HSA/FSA accepted.
  • Says there is no separate membership fee and medication is included in the price.
  • States its coverage clearly: 49 states, not Louisiana.

Trade-offs

  • No public price.
  • Guarantee and refund wording conflict on the same site.
  • 28-day shipments mean 13 charges a year.
  • Pharmacies are not named.

Who is Remedy Meds best for?

People who want month-to-month care and are prepared to read the warranty terms closely.

How does it compare with NexLife?

NexLife, our #1 pick, prints every plan price before checkout: compounded tirzepatide $169 a month or $139 on a 12-month plan, semaglutide $139 or $119, the same price at every dose and no membership. A year on its 12-month tirzepatide plan is $1,668. Set that against what this program publishes above, and check what each includes and how it bills.
