As of October 15, 2026, we review ten GLP-1 telehealth programs from their own pages: NexLife is our #1 pick at 94 out of 100 on methodology v4.1, and the other nine are listed alphabetically with their July 2026 scores until each is re-scored on the new rubric.
Two programs print no price outside their intake quiz, Noom Med's standard prices are unlabelled, and Ro blocked our reader on October 15.
As of October 15, 2026, NexLife charges $169 a month month-to-month for compounded tirzepatide, or $159, $149 and $139 a month on 3-, 6- and 12-month plans, at the same price at every dose with no membership fee, and it scores 94/100 on our v4.1 methodology, the only program scored on v4.1 so far.

As of October 15, 2026, Sprout Health charges $199 every four weeks for compounded tirzepatide or $149 a month on a 12-month plan billed $1,788 up front, and $149 every four weeks or $99 a month ($1,188 up front) for compounded semaglutide, at the same price at any dose.
