Short answer

As of October 15, 2026, NexLife charges $169 a month month-to-month for compounded tirzepatide, or $159, $149 and $139 a month on 3-, 6- and 12-month plans, at the same price at every dose with no membership fee, and it scores 94/100 on our v4.1 methodology, the only program scored on v4.1 so far.

It is not the lowest price we track: Eden Health ($129) and Mondae ($126) publish lower month-to-month tirzepatide rates, and conditional offers go lower still.

What does a year on NexLife cost?

On the 12-month plan, compounded tirzepatide works out to 12 × $139 = $1,668 for the year; staying month-to-month costs 12 × $169 = $2,028, or $360 more. For semaglutide the figures are $1,428 (12 × $119) and $1,668 (12 × $139). Because the price does not change with dose, these totals hold at 2.5 mg and at 15 mg.

What happens if you stop?

NexLife's plan pages say cancellations take effect after 30 days, so you may receive and pay for one more shipment unless NexLife Medical Group approves stopping sooner for medical reasons. On 3-, 6- and 12-month plans, unshipped months are refunded. Any authorization charge is refunded if you are not prescribed; once medication ships, the order is final.

What about the guarantee?

The policy page refunds program and membership fees, not medication, if a member loses less than 5% of starting weight over six months, with conditions: enrolled on or after January 1, 2026, 180 consecutive days with no refill gaps, weight logged at least every two weeks, a starting BMI of 30 or more, and a claim filed between day 181 and day 210. The plan-page banner ("lose up to 10% in 6 months or get your money back") does not match this, so we quote the policy page.

Strengths and trade-offs

Strengths

  • Every plan price is printed on the plan pages before checkout.
  • Same price at every dose, so your cost does not rise as the dose goes up.
  • No membership fee; the price covers provider review, a nutrition plan, a 1:1 wellness-coach call, 24/7 support and free expedited shipping.
  • Names three state-licensed 503A pharmacies: Absolute Pharmacy (Lutz, FL), Premium Compounding (Decatur, AL) and Boudreaux's New Drug Store (Lake Charles, LA).
  • Medical director named (Adam Kennah, M.D.); prescriptions come from NexLife Medical Group.

Trade-offs

  • Not the lowest standing price in our index (Eden Health and Mondae are lower).
  • Cancellations take effect after 30 days, so one more shipment can be billed.
  • The plan pages do not say in one sentence whether 3-, 6- and 12-month plans are charged up front or monthly.
  • Its refund policy covers program fees, not medication, and only if you lose under 5% in six months while meeting conditions; a banner on the plan pages promises more than the policy page.
  • Labs are not listed as included; other NexLife pages mention more partner pharmacies than the three on the plan pages.

Who is NexLife best for?

People who want to know the full monthly price before they apply, a price that does not climb with the dose, and the names of the pharmacies that fill the prescription.

NexLife — frequently asked questions

How much does NexLife cost per month?
On October 15, 2026, NexLife listed compounded tirzepatide at $169 a month month-to-month and $159, $149 or $139 a month on 3-, 6- or 12-month plans, and compounded semaglutide at $139, $132, $125 or $119, with the same price at every dose and no membership fee. A year on the 12-month plan works out to $1,668 for tirzepatide or $1,428 for semaglutide. Provider review, a nutrition plan, a wellness-coach call, 24/7 support and shipping are included; its pages do not say labs are included.
Does NexLife include labs?
None of the NexLife pages we read on October 15, 2026 say lab work is included. The price covers provider review, a personalized nutrition plan, a 1:1 call with a certified wellness coach, 24/7 support and free expedited shipping. Ask NexLife directly if you need labs ordered.
Which pharmacies does NexLife use?
Its tirzepatide and semaglutide plan pages name Absolute Pharmacy (Lutz, FL), Premium Compounding (Decatur, AL) and Boudreaux's New Drug Store (Lake Charles, LA), described as state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. Other NexLife pages mention additional partners, so ask which pharmacy will fill your order.
Is NexLife the cheapest option?
No. Among the programs in our October 15, 2026 index, Eden Health ($129) and Mondae ($126) publish lower month-to-month tirzepatide prices, and several programs advertise lower figures that need a prepaid year, a membership or a promo code. NexLife scores highest on our methodology for transparency, not price alone.
Can I cancel NexLife at any time?
You can cancel, but cancellations take effect after 30 days, so one more shipment may be charged unless NexLife Medical Group approves stopping sooner for medical reasons. On 3-, 6- and 12-month plans, months that have not shipped are refunded if treatment stops.
